The work that entails, especially since he'd have to have *someone else doing it for him,* that's a commendable level of commitment to the journey. Damn, I wish they hadn't needed to mosaic his chest because it blocked our ability to appreciate just how transformative that was. Brilliant idea to build up his shoulders with those frills and puffs to make his waist and hips appear smaller. He looked like an upturned, melting ice cream cone and I LOVE it. I think this video is actually a really good demonstration that even people with the best intentions of allyship still slip into internalised homophobic narratives and frames of mind they may not even be consciously aware of. Very glad that Chris called it out. Ideally they wouldn't make those kinds of jokes, but being willing to admit that you still have work to do is huge in this day and age. (Also, this comment isn't meant to "cancel" Tom or Gary. Tom and Gary are great guys and generally good allies, but they are cishet men who could stand to do better, and I'm glad this video shows them trying to do better, even if they put a foot wrong here and there!) When Matt flew the helicopter and Chris learnt how to weld. I thought - That's so cool, I've wanted to do that for ages. When Chris gets Dragged up while having a really meaningful and insightful conversation. I thought - That's so cool, I NEVER knew I WANTED to do that. It felt like such an vulnerable, open way to attempt to understand someone else's lived experience. Is there any chance of an extended cut of the interview/transformation? I understand that it doesn't work for this format but from Chris's comments and the post from Letitia Delish it feels like a lot of really interesting stuff had to get cut.

Chris when you thoughtfully and helpfully walked Gary through the fact that a dungeon is a safe place built on trust and respect.... Oh my delight was amazing. This is how one changes the world. As someone who likes to consider himself an open minded person, I've always still.struggled with drag. I appreciate this on a level I can't quite phrase. Chris stepped far outside his comfort zone and dared to do something a lot of straight cis guys wouldn't dare (you'd have to get me quite drunk to even consider it). It's educational on how this all works and where it comes from and what it's like for those who do it. I feel like I understand drag more, and feel more at peace with the parts I still don't understand. Well done, Chris

You're amazing. ***Spoiler Alert*** The link between the queer and the kink community is so strong... it's so perfect that this was filmed in a dungeon. Man. Chris is just, so awesome for having this idea, being open to it, amplifying voices. I also had no idea how much he enjoyed acting in addition to comedy and the outdoors. Love learning more about each of you & how complex y'all are... so much more than comedian best buddies with cool jobs. (BTW, what is Chris' day job? In the years of back catalogue I've consumed, I don't ever remember it being mentioned.) And I'm with y'all... Chris is absolutely snatched in a waist-trainer! Who knew his legs were so long and curves so kickin'!!! And the close up on the makeup! Major props to Letisha Delish because HOLY SMOKES!!! It's gorgeous! The cotton candy theme is so freaking cool too. And can we talk about the name... Daisy Duke Delish... a Triple DDD threat Chris is there. Yup. It fits. Absolutely.
