Having said that Matt, Chris and the other supposedly funny dude actually have a really light and fun chemistry, different to that of the old 3 who used to be in that position. It's not quite the school boy humour of the others and is less snarky as a result. TBH I actually enjoyed the last season of TG more than TGT...

@@DominikDD46 The DB 11 effectively is the DB10. They look different but are based on new technology and engineering for Aston.

Much smaller and lithe than I was expecting as well (seen two in as many days (Sheffield)), though it does look its two-metre width in a parking space!

Well duh, but as a journalist I feel like Chris is superior. With that said, give me old Top Gear over this any day, Grand Tour S2 can't come soon enough.

He's realistic, but Clarkson is so much more entertaining.

Personally, I love both shows. I'm a huge Clarkson/Hammond/May fan and I enjoy watching their antics on TGT... That said, I also enjoy watching LeBlanc/Harris/Reid on TG, as they have started to find their places and the chemistry between them has started to develop. It took CHM's Top Gear 2 or 3 series' before it really won our hearts. For me this is the best of two worlds. I get to watch both and be twice as entertained. And 'yes', as a journalist, Harris is far better if you want facts over analogy and abstract humor. He does have a very dry wit though, and plenty of it. Plus his skill behind thd wheel is more refined from years of racing.

You are so right i stopped watching TG about 3 series before Clarkson and co left..because it was just so predictable..but ppl loved the Clarkson but you never learn much about the cars and their stories behind their creation like how Chris gives you the ins and outs

Tim I do enjoy the vocabulary of British car reviewers! So much class. I always learn new phrases/words (for example on The Grand Tour I learned 'Bloody Nora!)
