Rush is great

I don’t know why that movie doesn’t get more hype. People see him as Thor but he’s a damn good actor in other things. Rush was great!

I really liked cabin in the woods

I love Rush it’s a movie that I can watch a lot and not get bored. Definitely the sports film ever. Love that movie to death

Dark world thor was boring as hell ,he should have the characterization he had from the 1st thor.

@@mutalemwananshiku4098 Plenty of people found Dark World Thor interesting, and he couldn’t behave like Thor 1 Thor because he was depressed after the events of Thor 1 and Avengers - he lost his brother and was forced to fall in line to his emotionally abusive manipulative father. The next step would’ve been Thor learning how to be a good man (as well as) a great king which he outright states at the end of TDW that Odin was not. It’s classic fantasy stuff and fascinating from a character standpoint actually, if the MCU cared about following through on character motivations and story arcs Thor 3 could’ve been really good.

@@riverofstars3287 i say thor 1 because he was charismatic. Im not sure what people u spoke to cause most people found him boring in dark world and only saw loki as the best part of that movie. The reason they went a different direction for ragnarok is cause people found him boring.

@@mutalemwananshiku4098 oh Loki WAS absolutely the best part of TDW. But if you think Thor should be characterized like he was in the first movie he basically already is in the Waititi movies, except worse. Sure he’s charismatic, he’s now unfortunately more of a jerk even to the point of being almost villainous, with added notes of hypocrisy, cruelty, and self-righteousness that Thor 1 Thor had prior to “learning his lesson”. What I liked about TDW Thor is that he seemed at the end to not want to be like that, he wanted to learn what it meant to be a good man. That’s what most of the fans of TDW Thor find interesting and what they were hoping for. And instead he got rebooted into a worse version of his original self who was supposed to learn his lesson. I’m fully aware that general audiences found TDW boring. They also loved Ragnarok so clearly they are on another level not at all interested in consistent lore or characterization or story structure or themes and motifs or character arcs, but instead only care about what is “funny”. No one ever cares about the actual flaw in The Dark World, which is that the movie treated the Dark Elves as completely evil creatures that it was ok for Thor to wipe out, despite Thor 1 Thor saying it’s wrong to kill an entire race. They say that Bor destroyed all the Dark Elves and their planet, and then when they return Thor proceeds to kill the rest and gives no thought to the parallels between the Dark Elves and the Jotunns or any connection with that and his treatment of Loki. This is the real flaw in TDW, not whether or not Thor is “boring”. And anyway I’d prefer a “boring” “uncharismatic” Thor to the joke we have now.

@@riverofstars3287 i think the idea of what he wasnt meant to be in dark world is fine it just they for some reason felt he had to be a boring for that to happen. If u character is boring its hard for people to be invested in u. Overly comedic thor and boring thor are both lame
