I love coldplay for their uniequeness (i suck at spelling) of their vids because u dont see puppets singing, a man walking backwards that good in just about every video. They are one of a kind. Coldplay Rocks!!!!!!!>:D
Tune up B-string to C# and high e down to C#. Then play verse: f#m-D-A, E-A as a variation at the end. Then chorus f#m-D-C#. Play them 2-4-4-2-0-0 for f#m, 10-12-12-11-0-0 for D, 5-7-7-6-0-0 for A, 9-11-11-9-0-0 for c#m and for E 0-2-2-1-0-0
They are just different chord inversions. He doesn't use barre chords as much because he prefers the sound of the open chord inversions. He also like a lot of open tunings.

@Eric Sullivan He always tunes his guitar differently to standard tuning and plays funny chords, but Robecks237 seems to have worked out what he is playing, check out his channel :) and do you know you have the same name as the guy that plays dewie in Malcolm in the middle?

just to keep things fun and light he just lies. also he lies alot so that the media would get tired of him and would have no beef on him. so far its worked. He's talked about countless weird things and none of it comes out in tabloids or those famous magazines cuz they got tired of him. recently he has said that coldplay will be releasing an album by this christmas. the next day EMI said that its not true. On this one i believe Chris is saying the truth but u never know :)
