Oh brotheR...love what these two went on to do for the next 3 albums...marC and Ed lit it up. Very cool. Rich's writing on guitar is all-time, and Chris is no slouch on the miC. Thank you Black Crowes, esp for albums #2, #3, & #4.
Incredible that Rich claims to have started playing guitar fairly late in life considering how fucking good he is. When you compare him, and especially how he has grown as a musician over the last 30 years, to Nikki Sixx, who to give him his due was a fucking amazing rock star and great songwriter in the 80's, who through the course of over 40 years has never even bothered to learn how to play his bass strings on the upstroke and who still misses as many notes as he hits when playing live.
I think the reason chris and rich fight is because chris tries to guess what rich is thinking based on his facial expression and shit......that would be hard to handle !!
Chris can’t even let the host talk without talking over/interrupting her. He annoys me talking so much here and I’m not even talking to him. Can totally see why they don’t get along. Dude needs to humble himself a little.
I liked how the Early Crowes Looked..they dressed like..well..Crowes..bad ass..Black and white boots they had a really cool style..NOW Chris looks like he was kicked off the mountain and shit.
I love how Rich looks like he absolutely wants to murder Chris lol. Honestly though it’s justified. Chris won’t let the man speak a full sentence without cutting him off lol
