Yes, I know this video is of awful quality. I've had it for nearly 25 years and the last two years, it's been under my back porch outside, during the hottest hot days and coldest cold days. Think of it this way. You were never going to see this footage before now. Just be glad you got to see it and forget about the quality.
Anyway, this is a young Chris Rock from the show Comic Strip Live circa 1990. I love this clip. I think the best part is when he messes up his Hindenburg joke at the end. I always thought it was funny and refreshing to see a comedian fuck up, admit it and then go on with the joke, knowing he's blown it. I've been a fan of Chris ever since.
