I'm still sad for Jamie after 6 years 💔

Hell fucking no, Jamie didn't only sing a song out of his genre, he also made it his own. Chris is nice but come on now, all Jamie had to do in the Knockouts is sing, Smells Like Teen Spirit, and he would of won automatically.

I couldn't focus on the other guy because Jamie's voice was stunning. He took a song that is LIGHTYEARS outside of his genre and comfort zone and KILLED it. The other guy's voice is very forgettable.

IM SORRY BUT JAMIE JUST WIPED THE FLOOR WITH CHRIS, WHAT THE HELL WAS RICKY THINKING CHOOSING CHRIS :( ONE OF THE BEST ROCK CONTESTANTS THE VOICE HAS SEEN AND HE GETS SENT HOME FOR A MEDIOCRE SINGER :/

Rock artists never won nothing in this show, it´s completly unfair

chris is very good, but Jamie is on some other shit. I kinda just wanted chris to shut up for a moment because he wasnt letting me hear Jamie.

I wish Jamie had gone further in this competition. He is really, really good!

Honestly, I thought Chris was so weak vocally! Jamie is amazing! He's a star. Can't believe all my favourites didn't even get through to the competition rounds. I will be watch Jamie Lovatt and James Byron's careers closely! In love with both of their voices, they have one major thing in common - the passion in their voice!

Chris was very generic. He seemed sweaty and nervous, and was pathetic next to Jamie. The high pitch bit Chris did was terrible. I think he was voted in because he's the type of white boy everyone is used to whereas Jamie is unique, eccentric and isn't afraid of really putting himself out there. Jamie is just a natural performer and he really knows what he's doing with his voice, and I really like how he put his own twist on the song and put in the anger, jealousy, and passion that the song is describing while Chris simply tried to sing it exactly the way he heard Adele sing it because he knew people liked that version. I also want to point out that Jamie has his own unique style of dressing that really made a statement as an artist whereas Chris looks like every other white boy..

I watch a lot of battles from all over the world and I must say, this is one of the BEST battles in The Voice history.

its a shame that jamie isnt taken further, he is so unique, there are much singers like the other one but jamie is unique !! definitely wrong from ricky !!

Jamie owned that stage. I actually think all those rumours about this show being 'fixed' decided the winner of this battle.

LOVED this battle! One of the best I've seen on the show. The two work well together and both bring originality. Love to see them actually work together. Would be excellent!

The song was against Jamie from the start. Jamie is a ROCK GOD, keyword ROCK, you can tell he shouldn't be singing this song, it was a good choice for Chris, but for Jamie it's like being thrown under the bus. I hope Jamie makes it he's good.

I wished the judges made both of them winner :/ both of them were insanely good, they should make a duo.

Jamie's voice is absolutely incredible. I can't believe Chris won this battle, he's good but Jamie is on fire and rock voices are much more a talent than just falsetto stuff.

I'm shocked that Chris won this. Jamie gave it his all and made it his own song. I'm sitting here thinking Jamie's got this...well until Chris hit that soaring riff showing his range but Jamie came back with some guttural deep vocals!

jamie is a boss, hes got it all, awesome singing, great stage presence, he can get the crowd going, you cant ask for more than that.

Incomprehensible decision unless Ricky already had a preconceived idea before the showdown. Nothing against Chris, but Jamie's vocal rank is definitely on another level. Jamie is one of those great voices that having been born in another era could have led some of the great rock bands of the years 70-80. Simply devastating.

Jamie has his way to sing. I love how he show on this. It may be strange with some people who always listen the original song but for me that's wonderful.

The girl/man...named Jamie is incredible, awesome voice...but that's not what they're looking for in this kind of show..too bad, but Chris has got a more mainstream voice..

I think this was a horrible choice for jamie, didn't chris do a adele song for his audition, a very similar song? Jamie was dead on arrival. such a shame I thought he would of been a favourite.

I would like to see Jamie Lovatt come back he deserved that and everything else when I heard him a few years back for the first time singing Everyones Free I immediately liked the guy I can't stop listening to him

That was a tough one, you can't compare them because they're completely different singers and they wouldn't normally be singing the same songs. Hope jamie carries on and gets somewhere cos he def deserves it too.

For me Jamie was AWESOME! It reminds me of old rock singers! :3 So much attitude it's impossible to stay indifferent! :p plus in my opinion he has a rocker soul! He owned the stage in his weirdo way :D I couldn't take my eyes of him to see what he would do next! while chris sang it well but that was just it...I think even for the show to have someone like Jamie would be way more interesting
