We make everything a competition in the U.S., they even have Yoga competitions now. I think that when you do something you love and nobody is watching, and it brings you peace and joy, that is the true essence of something you really are passionate about. One of my favorite sayings that I read once in a book said “When I was 20, I cared what everyone thought, when I was 40, I didn’t care what anyone thought, when I was 60, I realized that nobody was thinking about me at all”
It's too crazy, while watching video sitting in a chair, made me raise stiff with an increase in 💓, imagine how would it feel to the participant. Super fit !
Explodingmushroom good thing you replied then, added a lot to the conversation didn't you? OP, depends on the shoes. Synthetic shoes can be washed so no problem with water there. Leather shoes could be damaged by the chlorine water from the pool. Leather is more sensitive to water damage in general. Solid climbing on everybody's part!
