A few weeks ago, I'd never heard of this guy, now, I can't ever forget him.

It seems like fans of every genre love Chris Stapleton. His music is amazing!

He can sing "cry", and make you cry. I remember hearing this song for the first time at work. I was in a great mood until I heard this and I just started crying for no reason. Then I took my briefs off and threw them at the first bearded guy I saw. Luckily he was crying too so he had something to wipe his tears with

The first time I heard Chris Stapleton he was in a group called The Steeldrivers. He's the kind of artist that upon hearing for the first time your reaction is "Who IS this guy and where can get some more?!"

Man, this guy! He could make any woman fall in love with him, with that voice! Beautiful, soulful!

Chris Stapleton wrote a lot of popular songs years before anyone really knew who he was, including "Comeback song", from one of your new favorites, Darius Rucker. Check out the bluegrass stuff he did with The Steeldrivers.

Listening to him sing this song it's like when you're around somebody that has just got told their loved one died or somebody going through a divorce and you hear that wailing cry down to the bone broken hearted to the point that it makes you want to cry for them and that takes artist

Saw Chris around 2013 in a 1200 seat theater (MAC) about 20 miles from where he grew up in Paintsville, KY. This was about a year before he blew up, but we’d been following his work for years. It was the most phenomenal and powerful live vocal performance I’ve ever heard. Absolutely blew my mind.

Now that you have discovered Chris a lot of people are going to ask you to react to fire away the official music video just understand that song will hurt your heart and you will cry

Just a man , a guitar, a voice. Pure bliss

Chris Stapleton has, by far, the most soulful voice I have ever heard. There are very few voices in history that have been as soulful as his.

The best way to describe his voice is sincere true soul.

First time I heard this song was at his concert. I was crying....and I didn’t even know why! His voice is just amazing!

I finally remembered who C.S.'s voice reminds me of: Ray Charles! Not at all *identical,* but the same *sort* of rough, gravelly voice.

He is so right on this. Being the man of the house and trying to stay strong for my woman I really walk around like everything is good. But sometimes.....stress, pain, death of loved ones and everything else. I have to go away for a while just to get it out.

First time I heard Chris Stapleton I was driving to New Jersey to visit my daughter and her family in 2015. I heard the song Traveler on the radio and I pulled off on the next off ramp and downloaded his album Traveler and have been a huge fan ever since. Cant get enough of his music...
