Chrisean did not ask Chasity to do anything. I don't know if Chasity is just trying to help or taking advantage of the situation but I wouldnt send any money to her. I might feel different if she said she was trying to raise money so that she and her mother could fly to LA to visit Chrisean and check on Jr, but that's not what Chastity is saying. Personally, I think a public defender can handle a probation violation. If they want her to be on house arrest in Oklahoma, I wouldnt care as long as Jr. is with his mother. Regardless, she needed to take care of this Oklahoma situation.

Let me tell you as a person who was married to a repeat offender. All these attorneys are real attorneys who charge $$$$$ in their private practice are legit. The problem occurs when they dont give a damn if you sink or swim. One of my Attorneys for my ex husband told me YOUR ATTORNEY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS YOU DEMAND THEY BEFORE YOU. I was filing motions the judge threatened to put me in contempt of court i then had to go pay another attorney because the other assigned attorney wasnt moving fast enough and wasnt trying to piss the judge off, so i get another attorney paid him he said we wont even have to go to trial he ended pleading no contest and received 3 yrs total my attorney then said i have to drop $3500 more for the appeal, which i did but to a whole other attorney that used the exact same RC codes & cases to cite when i was threatened for contempt. I told the attorney what i expect as well as my husband told him. Case was overturned he had a mandatory year to do but only did one month on the no contest case the other year was a drug case in another court.

The reason she is not getting a PD ( Public Defender ) is because the case is already over she has already plead which is why she is on probation. So she has no bond because this is a violation of probation, the charge now has nothing to do with the original case she is now fighting the violation. so she is going to court to see if they are going to revoke her probation and give her jail sentence or increase the circumstances of her probation. I can assume they all just had a huge miscommunication because they had the internet lit yesterday lol But Chrisean went to court today. She has a $1 bail for the james wright case and whatever time she does now will be accounted for the Oklahoma case. Something like that. Chrisean is good and coming out real soon.

It’s up to them if she actually gets extradited. For a misdemeanor they may not come. If it’s a hold she has to sit and wait to see. As long as she sits credit for time served will help
