I definitely recommend getting some comfy cushions for your kitchen/office space, maybe even some for the floor, if they let you do that. I know if I were a teenager, comfy, non-stuffy seating would make me feel more relaxed.
I just quit my job after 16 years to work as an addiction counselor-I have felt some anxiety even though I know God has called me to do this. I’m worried about the pay cut I am taking and scared about the change, but this video has helped me relax… thank you ❤️
Man I'm praying for you in that journey!! Addiction counselling is so rewarding and challenging - I absolutely love it! It's not the highest paying job I've heard but it's definitely rewarding and when your focus is on the reward and serving where God has called you the pay doesn't even come into it 😍
Sometimes, we need time alone. Time to relax, to think, to BREATHE! It’s okay if you aren’t hanging with or inviting friends all the time. If there are days where I want time to myself, I tell my friends. They’ll understand. And if they don’t, you don’t have to explain. If you’re tired, you’re tired. Even though it’s hard, we can’t please everyone. You need to make sure you’re taken care of. ❤️ Get rest and don’t stress! Live life. God has His hands out, waiting for you to let go of those worries and stresses and give them to Him. Fall into His arms, He’ll always catch you. Tell Him everything, He’ll listen. He loves it.
