Trivia: Amy Adams first met Christian Bale when she auditioned and ultimately screen-tested with him for the role of Rachel Dawes in ‘Batman Begins’.

Bale is something that I cannot explaing with words, he's so weird when he's not speaks, the others look at the directors face, but he just gazes around, also I love his voice.

I didn't get that vibe from the movie at all. I think the movie from the beginning makes it very clear that they were depicting a villain. Although I can see Bale's interpretation as complex and humanizing in a way. The general portrait of the characters is very villain like from the beginning, showing behaviors and small talk that could make a villain in a Marvel movie. I also think from the point he was vice-president the movie empowered these characters beyond realistic views. It painted a very conspiracy-like story in which everything was planned or orchestrated. We all know that life is not like that and humans don't have as much control over everything around them. The movie claims Abu Musab al Zarqaui became the founder of ISIS because Cheney falsely claimed he was a threat, as an excuse to link 911 attacks with Irak. If I say somebody is a murderer and that person ends up being a HUGE mass murderer, would you say I caused that to happen? I mean that would be one hell of a coincidence. I don't have the facts about whether these individuals are guilty or not of whatever people accuse them, but I think the movie is too obvious and bias. I would not take any of it as a source of truth.

Amy Adams was the best performer in this film. I didn't really like the film, except for her performance.

Christian and Amy both nailed their roles, but all-in-all the movie sucked.
