@@Ghoster311 Absolutely true, this loss will make him better. he clearly have a lot to improve but he can be one of the greatest because of that... he is already elite but still have a lot to improve... particularly his mindset something very difficult
@@augustineonaodowan9693OK. I'll concede that he's young and now that he's hit the elite pro level he'll be reminded he's not as superior to his opponents as Bolt was in his prime.
Imagine receiving all this hate at a young age.. and being made fun of for coming in second just for mis timing a head deep.. Shows how much bro is a threat 😭
Wow! How did you folks manage to turn a sportsman like act of kindness into an identity issue? He would have cared for any other athlete that was injured.
This is good for Tebogo. More exposure to top tier athletes will help him peak later in the season. Also Nice to see Coleman running some 200m he definitely cooking up for the world title in the 100m. That 200m training gonna translate to his finish.

Coleman is looking good this year, folks; he and ShaCarri are on that same recovery program, LOL. Seeing this new endurance, despite sloppy form, Coleman is ready to hit 9.7 again this year.
Glad Coleman got it, "BUT" TOBOGO really blew it. Not only did he lean too early, but when you start your track career as a young- very-young, you are taught to continue running thru your sprint another 2 or 3 yards "ALL-OUT !!" HE quit when he leaned. Go back to basics time.
Hey, these sprint are a freak of nature, it all depends on the day. Did the runner, have an argument with his girl that day? Did the coach chew him out unnecessarily? You never know about the sprints, even a small misstep will kill your chance. The season is just starting, wait till they get into top form.
Tebogo's legs gave up at the last 1-2 steps, causing his upper body to lean back and fell after the finishing line. Tebogo was actually ahead of Coleman up until the very last step. What a race! Hope Tebogo didn't get a significant injury.
So interesting tidbit that no one seems to be mentioning: Tebogo just leaned at the wrong line. He leaned at the line before the numbers instead of after. Simple tactical error. It’s good for Tebogo to get genuinely pressed though. It’ll make him a better runner because, while he’s on the cusp, he’s going to continue falling short of those golds at this level without real pressure. But let’s stop digging the kids for the handful of times he hot dogged. It’s actually good for the sport for these guys and girls to get a little chippy.
Tobago no matter what doesn’t know how to run thru the line. Either showboating hands up or a very early lean that cost him the win. He will learn such a young talent
Tebogo's lack of polish cost him. He dipped and slowed down too early. If he ran through the tape and dipped close to the line he wins. Impressive nonetheless.Coleman is one of the top runners in the world.
I have said so many times before that Tebogo will have to start finish his races. He got into a very bad habit of relaxing at 99. This costed him this race. He literally caught Coleman but relaxed in his last stride and dipped too early...Learn Boy Learn. You don't want this in an Olympic Race!
Didnt know Coleman could run 200m, it’s actually fascinating cause he has a good block start, but after the acceleration his top speed and mechanics isn’t the best,
Tebogo's form looks like Michael Johnson. Unfortunately for him, he coasted and Coleman ran through the tape. It's unbelievable how many top tier sprinters can't get it through their heads that they have to run through the tape.
It means the wind was over 17 years old I'm kidding. If the wind is above +2.0 m/s then it's illegal and that time won't count. Since the wind here was +1.9 m/s it means the time is legal.
Tobogo looked like a misstep at the start of his early lean and slightly sprained his ankle. Coleman looked like he was really laboring that last 50 meters but still ran a great time this early in the season.
Tebogo finally finishes through the line and he got hurt. If he wouldn’t celebrate so much, he’d learn to lean correctly. Side note, I thought Kung Fu Kenny would be a bit more competitive, but it is the start of the season so I think he’s fine
If I was young and challenging established stars the way he does, I would celebrate the same way.........I wonder how celebrating is related to leaning?
I’m a Letsilie fan but maybe if he had more experience running through the line (under competition conditions) maybe this would’ve happened. Kinda seems like track karma. Hopefully he’s okay because he would’ve won if he timed his lean a step or two later.
@@Nubako463 that's my point. He easily ran one of the fastest 300s ever and was show boating at the end. But he runs a stiff race here miss times the lean and then falls. He brought the attention on himself
If Tebogo would stop focusing on disrespecting his opponents at the finish in every race he would know how to lean at the line and probably would have won this race. His arrogance cost him the win and it's probably the first of many given how he runs.
@@tlamelokgosimalebe3119 Watch any of his other races. He doesn't run through the line and pretty much always makes some sort of taunting gesture at the other runners. So it's no surprise that he doesn't know how to time his lean and even fell attempting it.
@@kevinmunz I'm from Botswana same place as Tebogo I'm not even worried about how he runs or how he crosses the line because it's his career and it has nothing to do with me .. I'm just a fan and my impact wouldn't even change anything about Tebogo s approach to athletics because it's his talent not mine. I wonder why you even concerned about him when you haven't even seen him with your own eyes while I live to see him on a regular
What has happened to the Israeli who beat Tebogo at world u20 champs last yr. Anyone know ?. Surely he should be running some big races this yr, unless he is still too young, maybe only 18 or so.
Tebogo has the best downhill cruising last 100. His body didn't seem pressed but his face was like, "Oh crap!" The track scrapped him to the white meat. Ouch.
