Thanks for this 30-min workout. Great length for when it’s raining and I can’t go out for my usual walk. So far it’s been raining for about 5 days and lots of flooding (including the river path where I usually walk) so not good for walking!

I love this workout! I've done it about a dozen times, and I know it's one I'm going to keep coming back to. I didn't know any of the songs, but I love them! Some I've found by Googling lyrics, but others I can't seen to find. Are you able to share the song titles/artists? Thank you!
