Yup, it’s not boxing unless you’re once in a generation like Jon jones or something age to a certain extent is good because it means experience you gotta get your feet wet first unless you’re a monster
Rosas is too young and inexperienced to be taken seriously. He clearly doesn't have the stamina to keep that pace up for 3 rounds especially against fighters who can stuff the takedown. I feel sorry for him and wish him all the best.
From what I’ve seen of clips it looked like he rushed to try to get a main card 1st round submission from hype of his last fight he just needs to recap work on stamina maybe but he don’t seem out of shape and like Christian said he’s tough and even had him in possessions where it wasn’t good and he was surprised for his strength if anything he need to work on limiting his stamina to go into later round but I think he went for a khabib win
Literally looked like an older brother kicking his younger brother's ass! There were so many times when it looked like C-Rod held back punching Raul and giving him damage!
They have that kid on his high horse even the best of them fall , it’s up to him if he wants to be become legendary or a memory 🤷🏻♂️ he has all the potential in my eyes 💯
I know he lost but he’s 18 in the ufc with 2 ufc fights and like 1 or 2 contender series fights this kid has so much potential and this loss was good for now he knows what to look for I think he will go down in the ufc hall of fame if he doesent get injured or if his cte doesent get so bad
the media and fans created that hype. at 17 (now 18) of course he's gonna rellish in it. His brain isn't fully mature yet. I can't blame him... He will bounce back. CeeRod was the better fighter that night no doubt.
Shame on the UFC and matchmakers for putting this miserable fight on the main card instead of the prelims. This spot belong to Gastelum and Curtis ! That was a true banger. Although I'm glad this dude finally stopped the Rosas hype train - he didn't perform thst great himself. The way he held him down in the last round, they both had exhausted first of all. But primarily it look like he felt bad hitting him. He was really not trying at all.
Damn even the comments are only mentioning the 18yr old HT... This dude was impressive weathering the Storm then putting the Beat Down on. Interested to watch his next fight
Bro got WHOOPED by a mediocre fighter. He should have not have been main card so soon. He goes out guns blazing like a kid running out the class for recess. Hopefully rosas is humbled by the experience.
Eddie hearn must be sitting finking "how do I concor UFC. these are real warriors. Big up Dana, from Birmingham Uk. Boxing is a puppet show nowadays. Ufc is showing levels.
UFC fans are such casuals. Obviously rosas trying to get to the belt literally what fighter isn’t trying to get the belt? I don’t get the criticism for saying he has the same goal as everyone else. Also it’s his second fight and he’s 18 fighting grown men, obviously he has to grow more as a fighter and get experience. He looked good for 2 rounds despite all the huge mistakes he made and he didn’t take the easy way out even though a grown man had him in some really horrible positions. Pretending like that wasn’t an extremely impressive performance for someone who should be in high school is insane. There are D1 wrestlers with years of mma experience who have had worse fights.
The boys calling the fight (Joe, Daniel and John) really highlighted how much of an amazing fighter CR was and is! I'm even more of a fan after last nights hype train derailment!
Dude lol... They were bias ash from the start talking about "young champ beating up a grown men" then later " this looks like a grown men beating up a kid" smh...
@@kingLuu816 that’s reason why i don’t hear commentators, they’re for me „white sound“, i wanna hear some sound on back. Atmosphere. I don’t speak English and i like hear Rogan, dc, Anick, i mostly don’t understand what are them talk. But i canceled my ufc fight pass and watch on TV and that’s is a pain, because russian commentators in the start „that young fighter is a future“, second rd „grow man beat young kid“.
@@kingLuu816 Ha! You speak the truth. I think at one point JR said its over but then changed tune in 2nd round. Just like how they analyzed CR grappling and staying calm.
Chris the conqueror! He sliced through the competition like a hot knife through butter, showing impressive composure and focus. Raul, on the other hand, might need to go back to the drawing board and come up with a new game plan. But hey, we all have to start somewhere, right? Here's hoping Raul brushes off the defeat and comes back stronger. In the meantime, hats off to Chris for his top-notch performance!
This is why you should shut your mouth and train , grind and get few wins before speaking about getting the belt , beating all the champions and dominating the division. There are some that will talk shit from the first fight and then really doing it , getting the belt but that's low percent of special fighters , Rosas got talent , but in this moment he is overly reliant on grappling , if you defend his takedown he is fooked.
Sounds like your mad your hypetrain lost lmfao. Christian fought well and defended everything on the ground. Typical casual fan lmfao, "he didn't get a KO fight was terrible!" Gtfo
always a joke when a scared fighter comes in heavy against a wrestler knowing the extra weight will help them in strength to give them a big edge, funny how he never missed weight before
@@suniixxsav yeah forreal lmao he's a 1 round fighter at best Rodriguez fucked him up and exposed him BAD and this dude is living in the upside down world
