her vocal control is extraordinary, I have listened to many great singers from past to present and I really believe she is at the top of the tree with her ability to always sing in sweet key live, she truly is just amazingly superior in that area, plus her sound is so alluring and captures the lyrics with such meaning, wow, she is cool and we are so lucky to live at the same as her, blessed in fact, cos there won't be another better than her ever, maybe as good but not better.
late reply...but you are right 100%, nobody has such an voice control and vocal range(4 octaves), many great singers was and still active like Whitney, Maria, Celine etc but nobody has Christinas possibilities and is able to sing so much different styles of music....she is the real queen of female singers.
Well I know for a fact, a lot of people are mad at her. She constantly raises or lowers her larynx, to get the "unique" tone, even though her natural tone is so beautiful. She usually copes( like a lot of singers) when she knows she won't do as good as she wants, by adding an unnecessary amount of riffs and runs. And her vibrato is really uncontrolled, and based primarily in her jaw. All this is damaging her voice, unfortunately, and people are cheering her on. Not to mention bringing down excellent singers like Beyonce, who don't do what she does.
+Paigey, she only gets hated by the, "so called music experts" who don't know she has a a good voice., and they're deaf, ask Sir Mick Jagger, Jill Scott, Yolanda Adams and Patti Labelle, they know she can sing and has one of the greatest voices.

Am crying. I didnt have an abusive father. But he left me when i still a teenager. My mom being a single mom for 5 kids, I just never knew she is that stronger to be able to keep all the five kids until now she had grandchildren.
