During her audition, Christina talked about her mother who survived breast cancer 3 times and was her biggest supporter and inspiration. I was watching The Voice auditions on RU-vid and this was one of the suggested videos after viewing Christina singing "Wrecking Ball." I remember when Christina sang "Holding Out For a Hero" for the Humane Society. Such a beautiful, passionate version of the Bonnie Tyler song. Gone too soon.

I remember watching her videos for years and listening to her album in the middle of the night. Those are the memories that I will never forget. She was truly an insipiration to me and brought me so much joy. I still can't believe that she's gone. I'm not religious, but I hope that she's with her God now.
Thanks for uploading this,the other uploads i saw didnt have the song in the beginning. I cant even begin to describe how i have felt since finding out she died. I remember losing my best friend who was shot by an unknown gunman, on his way to the grocery.He was supposed to go later that day for his mother but he ended up going earlier because his neighbor who was an elderly lady needed groceries as well and she was too sick to get them herself. I say that particular story because its what brought me to Christina. I was planning to listen to the song by Nelly since I kept thinking about my friend and that was one of his favorite songs.I found her cover of the song instead and thats the version I would listen to anytime I felt like hearing the song.Since then I felt like...she was a friend.She helped me get over a really bad time in my life,such an amazing soul.Her kindness to everyone reminded me of my friend. I am so angry and so heartbroken at the same time.....

I did not watch the Voice but I know she graced them with beauty and charm from all of the outpouring of love shown. Im so glad she got to live out her dream even though for a little while. She made an impact on millions of people that can not be erased and not go unnoticed. The family seems to be a religious family which will help them cope with here absence but she is never far away. She looks like an angel. God bless strength to her mother and brother and aunt all others who need the support.

I remember coming home from a long night of partying and when I was asleep when I got home I got 8 missed calls from my sister and I called her back , she was like did you hear while she was crying im like what happened she like Christina died and Im thinking my cousin shes like no Christina grimmie i remember hanging up on her in panic and looked it up i didnt want to believe it i cried for 2 weeks me and my sister looked up too her, i was so broken...... and I still cry till now....
