If she has French citizenship, she is French according to French law. Maybe you're confusing that with being ethnically French. You're also wrong about Africans and black people in general. Not all Black people directly descend from Africa (such as those from the Americas) and not all Africans are black (see the Afrikaners in South-Africa, mixed Capeverdeans or most North Africans for example)
