You do get to choose a modifier with each keyword, but you can't reuse keywords with different modifiers within the same day, as per the gatherer page.

@@ahrenstarr6273 What he should have chosen was Annihilator 6 (from Emrakul, the Aeons Torn) since the Modular Monstrosity is already near impossible to remove thanks to Darksteel Forge.

Are there even 300 viable commanders? I guess the answer really depends on how generously you are willing to define the word "viable." I still have to wonder how many repeats would be on that list.

@@majinvegeta6364 Phage definitely isn't viable, but there's a lot of choices out there. Just a matter of picking out stuff for my budget.

@@Jrodsly well if your budget is a motivating factor, then I would suggest investing in Dominaria as much of the Legendary uncommons are designed to be played in Brawl and while none of them are going to be EDH powerhouses at least they will have several relevant abilities. Also Commander Legends will be coming out at the end of the year and that should make a HUGE dent in your list. I looked it up and there are currently 208 commanders that are considered T3 or better. Now I've been guilty of dabbling in some jank myself, but 92 decks? That seems like it would be hard to stomach. Also my playgroup is very tolerant of silver border cards (within reason) and has agreed to let me brew a Dr. Julius Jumblemorph deck. 😁

Kathleen being in the most bomb ass position but repeatedly wanting to concede really does show the power of Eggnog. If she had waited a single extra turn to get a 20/20 she'd have flat out won unless Ben got VERY lucky. But respect, I love Nog too.

While that is practical advice now, it used to be taboo before the change to the tuck rules and many players who started back then have been reluctant to change their ways.

An actual manifest creature would have, but Ugin doesn't actually make manifest creatures. He makes 2/2 spirits that have the top card exiled under them, and when they die the card under them goes to hand
