Unfortunately, she passed away a number of years ago. Christmas was always special with her. Have many wonderful memories of it. 🎅🎄☃️

Christopher, I always look forward to your holiday videos. Your decorations are always so elegant and classy, and makes me smile. I've been finding it hard to get into the spirit this year; my husband of 45 years passed away last week and I've been sad. This video came at a time when I most needed an uplift. I always struggle with whether I want a traditional vintage tree with red and gold accents and all my childhood decorations... or if I want a classy more neutral "Glam" tree, or whether I want to use my really fancy purple ornaments (which I bought the day my nieces were born... but in ten years, I've only put them up once!). I think this means I need multiple trees!

I do love seeing familiar ornaments which bring back such memories. But I also love a white flocked tree , filled with birds and nests and small shiny ornaments. So I transition from either a green old time tree , and a white nature tree from year to year. YOu

Since Covid, I have started decorating first week in November and I LOVE it. Christmas is my favorite season and I have wonderful thrifted snowmen, santas, decor and ornaments...and it is so great to enjoy them for months, not just weeks

Everything is gorgeous as always! I wouldn't know where to start telling you what was my favorite part but I will say that I have never been a fan of peppermint decorated anything until I saw your brothers peppermint tree. It is gorgeous and won me over. I love the huge pine cones he found and you worked into his mantle. The picks you did in your window are beautiful also. Your whole house is beautiful too and thank your grandmother and your brother for letting us watch as you decorated their homes. Happy holidays to you all.
