Hello all
I wasn’t going to post another video before Christmas, but how could I not show you all what I picked from my own kitchen garden to prepare and eat for Christmas Day tomorrow?!
I may not show it in the video (wet, cold and stressed with all the Christmas prep) but I am ridiculously excited to think I’ve grown all of this for the Christmas table.
Absolutely cannot wait to pull my own parsnips next year and to grow sprouts too. It’s going to be amazing!
Thank you to all of my subscribers. Special thanks to those of you who’ve been with me from the first few videos this summer. It’s been an amazing first 6 months of growing. Excited for the future!

Thank you. The ones on the outside of the trainer were smaller. Definitely needed to focus watering the edges of the tray a bit more. Merry Christmas to you. ☺️

What a glorious harvest! What do you do with the broccoli leaves? Treat it like kale and cabbage? It is 7am Christmas morning here. The youngest child is up all excited, and the cat must of got into some catnip as he's acting just as excited (or crazy) and not giving us any peace. Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas to you and the family. Our cat broke into his Christmas present and got himself drunk on catnip too. 😂 I chop them up and use them like cabbage mainly. I’ll steam them lightly. I have also used them in veggie flatbreads made with gram flour. Delicious. Hoping your children have the best of Christmases. I miss our children being little. Thank you for commenting 🤗☺️
