I finally finished up a few Christmas DIY projects that I have been meaning to get to!!

*Rachel, you are so skilled using your Cricut, making your larger-scaled signs with my favorite curlicue-style font❣️ It's apparent to me you have practiced extensively removing the backing, adding the transfer tape, laying your stencil out FLAT and STRAIGHT and weeding your stencil to make the PERFECT large sign. It can't be easy to accomplish with a large sign, especially if you do it all in one piece‼️😓 WHEW‼️🤣 I am impressed❣️ 😎 😉 💯 Your Merry Christmas sign has my heart 🖤 with the golden highlights. I love using my Cricut to make signs, and I have definitely made quite a few, lol. The larger scale is a bit more difficult - I am just thankful for my 24 inch cutting mat! :) And I swear, picking the fonts takes me forever - I have to try out several before I can choose, haha! Anyway, these were fun projects to create - I'm glad you liked them! Thank you!! :)

Aw...those little mushrooms ARE super cute. With the eyelets added it seems like you're planning for them to hang, but they look really happy all together in the bowl. I love bowl fillers, so maybe that's why I like them all together like that.

Your mushrooms are darling! I found Liquid Gold Leaf that you can paint on your project. You would not know it was not the real thing. I would recommend it to anyone

I really like the gilded mushrooms. I have done gilding. It is a huge mess, but so worth it. I do mine outside and my grass is gilded too! Kind of pretty for a week or so.

Rachel, you had me at black and gold. The Merry Christmas sign is my favorite. Sure enjoyed watching the mushrooms come to life. I have never wanted to try gold leaf. As a 7 year old girl, my folks gold leafed a frame for a wonderful picture they had. They struggled so much that it turned me off of gold leaf. Now I realize that things have come a long way since then (it has been a year or two, lol) but I can't seem to get past the struggle. hehehe So thanks for showing us how pretty something is that is done in gold leaf but glad you did it and not me. 😁 Have a wonderful week-end my friend. Haha! The gold leaf was definitely a patience tester - the correct type of glue sure helped!! I will probably not make gold leafing a regular "thing", but I love the look of it - so it's possible at some point I may try it again, lol. Thank you!! :) And I have such mixed emotions about the gray - I still feel like I am not quite ready to let it all go, so for now the plan is to keep coloring it (which I have been meaning to do for weeks now, haha!!). Thank you though! I'm sure some day I will tire of the coloring process, lol. :)

I loved everything Rachel! You know, I have not been able to figure out why the fuss over gold leaf? It looks very difficult to use and wouldn't just using gold paint have the same result? I have to say though you have done the best job by far applying it out of all the other diyers I have seen use it. :-)

Lol . . . gold leaf is definitely a bit of a challenge - not something I would want to use on a regular basis, but I was really trying to achieve the same look as what was portrayed in my inspiration photo, so I stuck as closely to their prescribed methods as I possibly could. :) Thank you so much!!

Rachel ,I Love your Designs, But I don’t Like Black for Christmas 🎄, I know you like our honest opinions, Not everyone likes Blues, and I do it every year, I am 65 so I am older, and I Hate all Clear Lights at Christmas, it’s all about the Colors to me, but the Mushrooms are adorable,
