Christmas Eve | Day | Boxing Day & Crimbo Limbo - Vlogmas 2023 - Ep6 

Hello and welcome to our 2023 Yuletide Vlogmas series! We begin this vlog by placing gifts under the tree as we settle down to a quiet Christmas Eve at home. We open the cats Christmas Eve box with Rory & Beau. When Matt has gone to bed Elliot sets the dining table for Christmas dinner and tracks Santa on the Norad app. Matt gets up early to cook Christmas dinner. We open some presents and await the arrival of our guests. However there is a drama! On Boxing Day we head into Welshpool for drinks and an Indian meal. Over the next few days we meet friends and enjoy meals out. We will see you in the next vlog. You both have gone over the top for Christmas dinner! How wonderful!

We got a new rescue pup for Christmas-his owner died of a sudden heart attack and the wife was bedridden so was unable to care for this lovely 3 yr old penbroke corgi so we adopted him and he’s wonderful -just like the Queen’s. His name is Pepe and although feisty he’s really a sweetheart.it’s amazing how hard you both are working on Christmas-but everyone loves the effort im sure. Merry Christmas!

Lots of dining out, I see! Looks like you two had a lovely Christmas, despite your mom's unfortunate diagnosis. I love the aloo palak and butter chicken. Not sure I've ever had Tika masala. Probably. I stopped the video and really enjoyed reading all of the offerings on the menu. Please do this more often as it is really interesting what your restaurants serve. It was different than what we can get in the USA. I am so sorry your Mom was not able to come for dinner for Christmas and I do hope she is doing much better now.

Plan B - What else can you do? Get well soon Elliot's Mom. Tip for slow cooking. When I worked away from the home, I would put the meal in the slow cooker attach it to a timer and it would come on automatically. So If I worked till 5 and got home at 6 I would time a six hour cook time for Noon, and it would come on while I was at work.
