I agree his words and thoughts have helped Me a whole hell of a lot with my mental illnesses. I even started doing open mics to help cope with past trauma and abuse and it's actually working and im learning and apparently not to bad at it if i ever get anywhere even remotely close to being known ill give alot of props to Theo.
