Everything is so beautiful! I lost my mother to Alzheimer’s and my sister and I were her caretakers. It is very difficult for sure. You are so right on the digital world. They will have complete control over us if they accomplish this.

The decorations are beautiful Nisha and glad that your mother is ok. My mother is suffering from dementia and I understand what your family went through, it is an awful illness. Its scary about all the frauds and scams going on. I never do banking online and I have a Security Protect system on my phone which flashes a warning if it recognises a scam site. Hi Nisha. When you commented about how seniors don't want to embrace technology, you are SOOO right. I find myself pulling out the "I'm 80 years old and can't understand what you want me to do." card more and more. That is where I'm comfortable. BTW my hair is silver now so I've switched to silver jewelry and it does compliment your gray jumper.

I love your home and your decorations. I moved across the US with my husband last spring to try and start a new life. I've never been so far from home before. So far from my family and everything I've known and grew up with. It's a hard year. A hard Christmas. I miss my family so much. We don't have money for me to go visit them this year. But maybe next year. My husband and I splurged on a $30 fake tree. It looks atrocious, but with lights and a few little ornaments, it looks a little better. I lost my brother to dementia just 2 weeks ago & it was an extremely hard thing to watch & go through. I'm glad your mum is doing okay & you as well. Sending you a hug! ❤️ I'm sorry that happened to you with your debit card. That's so irritating & scary. Yes, here in the US they're pushing for digital IDs too. I don't think we're as far along in it as your country, but the technocrats are working hard on it. We don't like it either & yes, it's also very scary to think about the government knowing every thing we do & that they can eventually control what we do, say or think. Hi Nisha! I'm glad to hear that your mom is doing well! It is very difficult to live with dementia! She must have been grieving for a few years. She still has many years ahead of her! Nisha, your Christmas tress & decor looks BEAUTIFUL ! So nice seeing Louie, but bad bad boy with the poo incident ! 😂🤣 Glad your bloating is more under control now, and I agree with the pears helping more than apples. I’m going back home for Christmas, it’ll be super cold, 🥶 not looking forward to that, it doesn’t get too bad here in the Las Vegas area, but my family is near Chicago. Not used to below 0 anymore. All worth it, to see everyone that I miss sooo much ! I have the heated seats, and steering wheel too, and believe it or not, use both in the winter months. Dementia robs people of everything so sad. I lost my sister-in-law last year, we were just like sisters. We are moving at Christmas definitely not what I had planned or wanted. You really do make my week watching your vlogs I don't have any family left except my 2 daughters and I'm only 50. Nisha, here's a suggestion (if you don't already) regarding the bank/debit problem. Keep a separate account that you use only for online shopping/paypal, etc. Monitor the amount you keep in it and transfer monies from another account when needed. Your Holiday decor is always so gorgeous.

Nisha, I feel the same way about the phones. My husband and I were saying what if we were older like many who never dealt with technology? They shouldn't force banking and other things using apps as it forces one to buy a phone. When I didn't have an Iphone, I was not able to do things that my financial institution wanted me to do like sending me codes. It's so frustrating too not getting a human on the phone. l know it's getting used to it but I feel for the older people very much. So kind of you to get Mom a new heater. My Dad had dementia too and had a home aide that came in every other day I think to help with him. And lastly, your house looks amazingly beautiful. The music made it look and feel cozy too.
