Henya, I find it so difficult to watch your vlogs anymore, you seem like a lovely person. But girl have you ever for the love of god correlated your anxiety every night to your diet? You always start off the day happy and ready to go. Then proceed to eat some of the worst food known to man for anxiety, depression, inflammation. Wheat, gluten, sugar. Just research into the hundreds of papers that correlate anxiety, mood disorders, fatigue, swelling, gut issues to gluten, grains and sugar. I understand you've had problems with mental health for a long time so it's not always diet. But it's obvious from watching your videos that every night your body struggles to process the amount of toxic junk you throw into it leading to more anxiety and fatigue. There comes a point when people have to take a bit of responsibility for how they feel. You post videos all the time about how awful you feel but take no responsibility to the impact of eating cakes, bread and sugar all day. Bobbyperspective made a video about you addressing this. I know it seems harsh and you don't have to leave veganism but he's completely accurate in some points.
