I see you're getting amongst the big females again!! Looks like the Severn is carrying some extra water? I live by the Trent which is its sister river, much the same. I like fishing with a 9# Vision fly rod but it can be tricky on rivers as you have to cast as far behind you as you cast in front, if you follow? On a lake with clear area behind you or from a boat, it is more straightforward. Using a lure rod with braid and a trace looks more practical and is very tempting, it looks very successful from what I am seeing 🎣
Alright Baz thanks for watching yeah it’s tricky with a fly rod on the Severn lots of tight pegs to squeeze in probably same as the Trent and yes mate a lot of water coming down from Wales so gonna be even more flooded great lol tight lines
