If you would have added just a wee bit of water to your paint, it would have coated the inside of the ornament easier and faster. I had some larger plastic ones that I did ages ago and I was wasting so much paint trying to get complete coverage, because they were so big. The water made a huge difference, and it didn't affect the color.

if you put your paint in a separate container and add water to it a little bit of time they should take care of that problem

I saw where someone added a little poly acrylic to the paint and it thinned the paint and it covered better

I'll try polycrylic next time! Watered down didn't work for me. I put them on my tree in an imperfect condition but I'll try again next Christmas 😊

Ah, yes, the grandbabies are always a delight and bring me joy when the season is hard. My health has been quite low since December but I'm on the way up now. Posting a new video at 6pm central time TONIGHT! 😊

I found a beautiful green by apple barrel called spring green. Its the perfect jadeite color i think 🤔

Yes, that's probably the better method! I love the idea of the glossy look by painting the inside, but doing mine this way was not the easiest process in the long run.

You needed a little bit of Flood’s floe-trol to mix with your paint. It doesn’t change the paint color, just makes it flow better.

Ah, haven't heard of that! I need to try it. Watered down made the paint too grainy and did not stick to the inside consistently.

soooo excited to see this today....just starting to watch......Girl you and I are so alike.....conservative I would have been too!!! ha ha! wonder if a teeny tiny bit of water added to the paint would have helped.....you make me laugh! What a lovely color!!
