Most likely, the robbery incident that Garrett Morris suffered was set up to stop and shut him up and it worked. There are loads of these types of incidents that have caused many people in the entire entertainment field to have their careers halted forever in many different ways.

Hate this happened to Garrett, but I prop him for continuing to push forward. Careerwise it worked out for him because went he went to The Jamie Foxx show and killed his role as Uncle Junior. If I'm not mistakened, he was in every episode.

Martin allowed the Fame go to his head and started mistreating others especially co-workers. All these people are not lying on him.
