www.christopherward.com/c60-g... only 250 of these batboys were made and I managed to get my greasy bits on one of them! BIG BIG THANK YOU to my main man Neil.
Great review and great watch. The watch was a bargain too at £640 on bracelet and only £495 with the strap here. Both way less than the retail for similar regular versions. Crazy value for a limited run!
Never considered a CW before but after watching this review I've done some research into the brand and have to say I'm impressed, looking at a black or blue dial c63 sealander on a bracelet, thank you for bringing this brand to my attention👍
What a beauty! The collab with Fears is also awesome. Btw, you had one of the best intro's with your watch shots and the music, please can we have it back!!!
Great review. I manged to get one for my wife's birthday present she's going to be over the moon. One thing to add to your review, it is possible to make an appointment to go to C/W headquarters. You can book online three quarters of an hour appointment. We have been loads of time's. You can see and try on the whole range. You get looked after like royalty. Declan is a great fella really helpful and very knowledgeable about the current and past C/W watches ranges.
Never owned or in fact seen any Christopher Ward watches. It looks like a great looking everyday piece . Great review mate . As for that tissot , I tried it on during the Christmas holidays and was really impressed
You should have a look at the Christopher ward Aquitaine GMT. Sort of homages a Blancpain, but is beautifully coloured on sea blue and white sand. A great summer watch.
I've never seen one in the flesh, but they're advertised in pretty much every scuba magazine. They look decent watches for the price. My Hamilton Khaki has a PVD coating, and trust me it is hard wearing. Mine gets knocked regularly and it still looks brand new (touch wood)!
Love the 2 piece NATO that’s SO much better than a conventional one. Top marks CW. Have to agree about the power reserve too, my Sealander stops overnight sometimes. Does my head in, the Seiko nh35 is way better I think.
Great review. Christopher Ward you can't beat them for the price. They are open about there pricing strategy. Three time's what it cost's to make simple. £495 and your complaining about 38 hour power reserve 🤯
Doesn’t it have a quick date adjust? My CW C65 Aquitaine does. Helps with the 38 hour power reserve, though i agree a bit more hours in the reserve would be more helpful but the quick change date definitely helps with that :)
Is this a scratching lesson at 3:47? I'm so sorry for the watch owner that he decided to lend a watch to someone careless like you. I got phisically sick when watching it. Jesus!
These two GMTs are very different, the tudor is a traveller and the CW is an office gmt.....if you do a lot of travelling get the tudor..also consider the size, the CW is smaller and slimmer than the tudor.
Thanks, on looks I think the Tudor edges it for me but I also keeping thinking about the bracelets, where I believe the Christopher Ward is better (although never actually handled one) and then think that the Tudor is over 3 times the price and I cannot really see that it is 3 times the watch.🤷♂️
@@stuartheyburn8741 the new CW bracelet is very good, it's screw link, nice taper, has half links and the clasp has 6 points of tool less micro adjust, its also quick release so swopping it out for a strap is very easy.
I am never buying a watch from a brand called "Christopher" after a classic line by Matthew from 90's comedy "Game On"......."Chris is the name that turds have if turds had names."
