what about reverse phase chromatography?

In reverse phase chromatography, we must use nonpolar stationary phase & polar mobile phase. Here in this technique, silica gel is modified. Silanol groups present in silicagel are polar in nature. These silanol groups get replaced with hydrophobic carbon chains. So now silica gel is behaving like hydrophobic or nonpolar stationary phase. Many videos I have uploaded in my channel please watch it. I started my channel by the inspiration of shomus biology lectures.
