Didn't really understand how LOH (loss of heterozygosity) worked until Professor Haber's explanation and this video right here. I like how he breaks it down to 2 cases with mitotic crossing over leading to recessive allele x 2 or just lost of a dominant allele (either case I guess could be pathogenic). The explanations I had read of LOH weren't as helpful as this video - keep it up iBiology and Professor Haber!!
