Chronojet PR doesn't unlock all GB abilities. It unlocks GB abilities of the card that was called. So if a unit was called with footprints that had a GB1 and GB2 effect THAT card's GB abilities all go online.

A question when the Chronojet attack said 19000, shouldn't it be 21000 plus the boost plus the effect of the crest?

Waiting on my Luard deckset to arrive; still trying to understand how to play it; it seem very different to what I have played so far with that crest and stride stuff; is this a Premium version?

This is Standard format. Stride decksets are pretty easy to learn what you understand the stride mechanic

Miles didn't energy charge until his stride turn, it would be useful for the extra draw

The energy generator is the only crest actually in your ride deck. The stride crest is acquired from “outside the game” in a sense from the g1’s ability
