Hey everyone, I’m a Digimon player since it came out in 2020. I’ve been enjoying it ever since but somehow I’ve been having an itch to play another TCG. I’ve always LOVED the artwork for vanguard but I just don’t know anyone at all who plays vanguard. Would this game be honestly worth getting into at the moment or have things been “shakey” with this TCG in regards that it might come to an end soon? Is it work investing? And last thing, is it easy to get into?
If I had a dime every time I heard “Vanguard is going to end soon,” I would have enough money to quit my job and do RU-vid full time. Vanguard is not ending anytime soon, so you definitely don’t need to worry about that.
Thank for your Hard Work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just start to play Vanguard and I have start to watch a lot of video. I'm starting with Brand Gate Trial Deck and I'm searching a clan to continue playing
Its copy paste from OCG list that acomplishes nothing. Shiranui should have both of his restanders choice restricted so that way you can only play 4 standers instead of 8-10. Either this or hit Shenri for no free soul + draw. Shira will still dominate (pun not intended) meta, because we just got generic soulchargers in dual nations. Just hit the damned restanders already xd Deck shouldnt do 7 swings while 5 of them are 25k+ without ANY REAL COST. Look how products are made. You got morfessa as free extender as 4-of, you got upstream as 4-of and then you got shiranui with basicly 8 restanders in basic version of product. It should go down to 4. Choice restriction of all of them (+vairina esperaridea) would make the deck fair and decrease consistency of 7 swings. Either this or hit deck draw power. I see no excuse not to hit this deck just like they hit gandeeva. Also in prem they should hit tier 1 decks xd Remove cannoner from granblue (you shouldnt have DENIAL GRIFFIN WITH DRAW THAT YOU CAN PROC 2 TIMES WITH SINGLE G GUARD in a protect deck that hits like force and got attack count as accel), hit crest in shiranui (good way would be to choice restrict g1 crest generator with g2 cycle card in all crest cases since its unhealthy and too easy to accomplish). Maybe hit gredora stride to give incentive to try other decks. Maybe some consistency hits to other top premium decks to bring them down a notch xd
I would also like to mention that Dragveda let Shiranui players restand their own Vanguard, allowing them to perform three additional attacks since the front row Rearguards restand after the Vanguard attacks
I think you have too much orders cards. G2 order for me not that good, 4 of them, maybe 1 or 2, g3 order persona 🤔 probably i dont know, same with g1 sentinel, maybe not bad, but g1 unit is very good sentinel maybe use 4 copy.
This is the order focused build. Since the order is Grade 2, it allows your turn two turn to apply a lot more pressure, swarming the board with a lot of cards as oppose to just swinging with your Vanguard for 10k. This is because you can't do much else until you ride Rezael.
@@NexusCorps hmm, I don't think you need this pressure so much. Maybe focus on defense. If this card was not cb1 4 is good choice, but when you need cb, and if you have 3 of them in your hand 😟😑 I don't know how can you defend your vanguard. You can be with 5 damage already with your g2 vanguard. But ok, this is my opinion. Maybe it's not bad how I imagine
You run 4 because its good. CB1 draw 2 is a net positive no matter how you look at it. And you never have too many in your hand because you’re always using them. The odds of your hand being cluttered with orders is extremely low and even if it was, you can use them as PG fodder I would also recommend looking at all the topping Rezael decks for Spring Fest this past circuit. You might notice that all have something in common with regards to how many orders they play. vg-paradox.com/subpage/DeckInfo/ENG/D/RezaelTops?tab1=checked&tab2=unchecked
@@NexusCorps deck size only 50 cards, so you need to be care not to run out if you use it 3 times it's +6 cards, vanguard attack + 9 cards( with divine skill) damage if you heal once and ds + 7, start deck +5, each turn + 5, persona and if if run some draw trigger +1-2, others skills probably +9-10, generator crest +1 it's already 47cards... if you drew over trigger it's another +1 cards and if another over ttigger its +4, so your deck can have 1 card or even 0 in your deck. If opponent survive somehow and even you, you can't attack because it's twin drive. This is how I think
@@NexusCorps hmmmmm.... Should I buy Varga dragres instead or build a new deck cuz I already buy the dragon empire trial deck and I don't have that much money for now
Varga Dragres is definitely much cheaper than Rezael at the moment. I recommend checking 50cards.shop to see if they have any of the Varga cards in stock, since you will usually get them cheaper there than most online stores.
I feel like this deck not running Idiras is kind of a missed opportunity since it becomes A decent beater, it buffs vanguard and draw, I honestly think you probably won't need those g1s that dig for an order too much and like cut one other thing maybe a Sajess since I feel like out of everything else it's not the most important
Hi can you please explain the reason why you chose to go for the draw trigger instead of a front? (coming from a player that does not have the good boy Cerrgaon)
You could run fronts, but it let's you draw into pieces and get more cards in hand in general. It depends on what you value more and is mostly preference. Fronts defo are really good, but with how lial might call units one after the other, your front will be used once. And then that rearguard when divine skill is used will be replaced. Doesn't mean fronts are bad, but if you had restanding cards, you would usually get more value. Again, fronts are great regardless
I don’t plan on healing four times, but I still run 4 heal triggers. It’s not about how many times you can use it in a game. You run more copies of a card to improve your odds of seeing it. If you only run 3 copies and one goes to damage, you now only have 2 copies. There’s less to worry about trying to find a card you need when you run more copies.
Nothing wrong with Nobia. Its a good card. In terms of space and resource management, I decided to take her out. You wanna save the counter blasts for Wisdom of Beginning and Rezael. Theithfallt basically does the same exact thing except for a Soul Blast and you get the 10k for free. Better to save the Soul Blast for Cadwalla If I were to run Nobia, I’d drop both Cadwallas and drop Tolpaz to play 2 Nobia and a third copy of Nelberis.
What are your thoughts of running Cadwalla in this deck? Is it to search for persona or order? Because this card states grade 2 or higher. For Revoldress deck this card is useful but I can't see how this card works in Rezael. Maybe you can share how you combo with Cadwalla in this deck. For that, I still run Nobia in this deck which I run 3 Nobia, still stick with 1 Gigantic Masher and 3 Nilberis. Nilberis really helps setting for Divine Skill.
There are many reasons Cadwalla has good synergy with Rezael 1) All the Grade 2s and 3s are great targets to add to your hand. 2) By retiring itself at the end of the battle, you have the option to call it back again for another search. 3) Because Nilberis goes to the soul at the end of the battle, having cards that soul blast help get Nilberis into the drop zone to be called back by Rezael. TLDR, its recyclable, it helps search for all your targets (excluding Cellgaon), and its cost is easier to manage thanks to Nilberis.
Alternatively, You can use "Departure Towards the Dawn" as a budget option to dig for your pieces instead of Wisdom. Painkiller Angel replaces Cerrgaon for hand advantage Then Nilberis and Nobia as your beater instead of Teithfallt
I play order shiranui for more early game pressure and I don’t run that g2 anymore in the rideline I rather get my dominate no matter what my opponent does unless they angel ladder
