Man can u link me the wire diagram ur the only person I've found with the same setup as my charger and know what ur doing too 🤦♂️ tiers of testing wires and can't find a good diagram for the skinny plug off amp. I've done this in 3 chryslers Jeep's easier charger is seeming to be a pain. Cheers boss
Unfortunately the car is no longer near. But I will see if I can find a link or 2 with the picture and do a breakdown in the description. I will comment once I do.
I understand, PAC makes a harness for this and it lets you retain your steering wheel controls. This was meant to be on the fly and a cheap alternative, my buddy had the wrong PAC harness and he wanted some music.
bigvell02 Thanks for your response. Do you know if this PAC harness allow also to retain control of the VES (video entertainment system)? Where can I find online the appropriate PAC harness?
Help me please I try hooking my double din up they sent me a regular aftermarket hardness I hook up all the wires like a regular install the power came on but no sound thur my speakers so then I found the factory amp and cut the speaker wires from the factory amp and ran those wires to behind the double din ready now sound came thur but when I cut the car off and start it back up sometimes the sound comes thur and most time it don’t... what am I doing wrong please help??...
It would be nice if men noticed NOISE! I'm sure that this video will help me with my install issue, however, the incessant ignition dinging makes me further believe that "men" are deaf! Joke's on me though, since he knows how to accomplish the task and I don't!
That pac you had was the correct one. You probably didnt knew on how to connect it. And why would you put a shitty ass boss radio??? Shitty radio on a good car smh. Pac c2r-chy4 works for all dodge magnum and chargers as well for the 300.it work for me with no problems
rhurtadorh32 I appreciate you watching and your comment. Yeah it is the correct one 100% because I joined a mopar car club about a year later and I do mostly of their installs. I used the same exact one so I can confirm. I was flying on this install (35mins I was on lunch break) we later found out the unit was defective. The package was a damaged return to the store I was working at we decided to try it out. Boss maybe he was on a budget, wanted a screen, planning on upgrading I don't know. Just the installer personally I'm a fan of Pioneer 8000,9000 series, AVH, PRS, some Excelon models mainly 25ths, Some eclipse.
bigvell02 good stuff man. I mean dont get me wrong i tought it was your 300 and for people to spend hundreds on $$$ on car kits and pac harness and radio bezels i figure why even bother go with a boss.ive been searching for a long time on how to connect and to figure out wich exactly harness i needed.until i figured everything out i tried it myself. Am just gonna wait till these temps here in chicago get better its below -9 at the moment. Am just like you am a pioneer fan. I got a pioneer avh-5800bs and some say that them double dins struggle and dont like cold temps. Mopar or no car.

Yeah this weather is wild!! Yo if your not in a car club and interested in a cool mopar club one of the biggest and coolest let me know. If you have IG check out CMB_carclub
