Chrysler Master Tech - 1950, Volume 3-6 Brake Shoe Adjustment and Alignment 

I went to a technical school around 1978 to learn to be a mechanic. Our teacher was an old guy and he swore by these filmstrips. We watched them all the time!! I'll never be able to forget "Tech".

Any chance for uploading Chrysler Master Tech Video from March 1950, Volume 3-7 regarding Gauges Groundwork ?

Eventually people stopped using brake shoe grinders because of dust. New brake shoes have an arc that is somewhere between a new drum and a drum that is at the machining limit. It is interesting to see auto parts, repair procedures, and tools that no longer exist.

They didn't know say or wear a mask back then from asbestos dust. They eventually did have health warnings many years later but too late for some.
