Nice diagnosis & repair Ramon! Switch is jacked up and even when you pumped the vacuum fast the resistance bump is still there....gotta love the detail of a Pico...I love mine!!

Really nice teardown there. I am surprised the designers thought that a microswich you find in consumer electronics holds up to moisture and fuel vapor. Apparently not forever.
Great job on the diagnosis and explanation my friend! I actually have a related issue with my 2001 Pathfinder where on a hot day I hear a loud buzzing noise from the gas tank. Opening the fuel cap releases the pressure and the buzzing goes away. I've cleaned and tested the vent solenoid attached to the charcoal canister and don't think that's the issue. I think there's something attached to the tank itself with a broken diaphragm that's causing the buzzing however, I don't see anything in the parts diagram. Anyway, I need to look more into it I guess. No DTC codes doesn't help either.
Also, I think you would get a smaller vacuum "spike" when you are pumping if you added a second port to the fuel cap. It's likely just a dynamic phenomenon in the small vacuum line you have there and doesn't show up in the tank.
anyheck yes I believe you are correct. Spikes are from pump being close to sensor but we just need to wait for vacuum to stabilized. I think this is very good way to test this system being able to monitor vacuum and switch at the same time. Very easy to make. Thank you for watching
Chrysler 300 07 same code and cant punp gas keeps shutting off i replaced evap canister and purge valve same code appears daily and i can hear a humming pressure from gaa tank door when at stops

ne nemam jos iskustva sa tim vozilima,ali rekoh da se pripremim hahahah,i ovo sto radim vecinom opsta elektrika i pomalo dijagnostika ali i tu skripi zbog slabi programa ili losih dijagnostika
