Great insight into the manufacturing and supply end. I’m in a Japanese owned warehouse right now and recognize all of those standards, some of which we could do a better job of following.

He's only talking about the things he has the manuals for, as far as I know. I don't recognize the acronym myself but quality has a LOT of acronyms.
