Need extra room for a road trip? Here I detail the installation of the 2nd row seats (after removal). This was on a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country minivan with Stow 'N Go seating. Removal is reverse of install of course.
Great video. I'm having to borrow my wife's grandmothers minivan and I had no idea how great this stow and go feature is. Removing the seats could create a lot of extra room, but I'm not so sure that we will do it. Thanks for showing what is possible.
These vans are extremely versatile, you can fit a 4 by 8 sheet of plywood or drywall in the back. It can be argued that these are more versatile and convenient for construction than a pickup truck with a limited 6ft bed.

But mainly, I am so excited you included showing how that middle trim works, I bought my 2013 and the peices were all apart and not snapped in place, and I had no idea where they went or how they worked. I searched online and found nothing. Finally I can put them in properly! Thank you so much!
After all the work of removing the seats -- wouldn't you think we would like to a wide or long photo shot of the cargo area with all seats removed? Dah!
Thank you. I'm not so sure but perhaps putting a little weight on the seat while you pull the latch MIGHT work? Otherwise you may need to take apart the seat. Hope this helps!
