also the pace of the game and the three volume. Teams are haveing 2x posetions in compare with 90's and they shoot 30+ threes instead of 5-6 as it was all game for teams

And Shaq had zero basketball skills. He just played football on the basketball court. Charles is right, Shaq was an extreme under achiever. With the size and athleticism he was born with, he should be #1 on the scoring list all time if only he developed any actual basketball skills.

Because he knows he's was a way better player than Westbrook was or will ever be. Chuck at one point was a top 3 player in the world behind only Michael Jordan and Hakeem Olajuwon. Westbrook even in his MVP season wasn't better than a top 5 player in the world. The only reason Russ won MVP was because his season was historical stats wise. Had he put together a normal season, he doesn't come close to winning MVP. Meanwhile Chuck's MVP season, he was a new player on the Phoenix Suns and led them to the best record in the NBA his first season there. His only legit competition was Jordan, but by then MJ had multiple MVPs. Maybe a little voter fatigue nudged the vote in Barkley's favor.

rebounding is a effort stat. shaq could have been so much more.

Not to mention playoff points are always more impressive to get like for tony parker being one of the best playoff paint scorers which is a more efficient shot to take and doing so despite his small stature being impresive making him one of the best attackers in playoff history exploiting usual bad pg defenders seperating him from other point guards in big games with similar skill sets like payton nash stockton cp3 russ or billups showing how he didn't settle for dumb jumpers thus leading to 4 rings and possibly 5 and almost 2 finals mvps vs lebron led teams despite playing with duncan.. so they should always take that into mind when taking about these scoring records just saying...no one would say parker was a great scorer compared to say russ in the regular season for instance and at first glance or from casuals who just care about highlight exciting plays the no context volume stats would say russ was better in the books but parker was more efficient and didn't turn it over or fail to make the extra pass that leads to another future pass and score but not assist ike russ would by hogging the ball thus leading to more killer turn overs as well especially in the playoffs and clutch in big games vs good teams....my point is stats would say russ over parker but if you watched both of them play in the playoffs parker was way better as a pg and leader and scorer being clutch and selfless and smarter....it's just facts...never look at base stats without looking at the advanced numbers...those tell another story...theres a reason why duncan is easily the best pf ever and its a debate for whose second but none of them are top 15 ever and he can easily be called top 5 ever and why lebron and bird are seen as the the two best sfs ever with kd third plus mj and kobe are known as the two best sgs ever and why magic and curry are by far the best two point guards in nba history for instance...advanced stats...especially in big playoff games...the best players are obvious...

The difference is that Harden makes 86% of them and Barkley only 73.5%. As for 3 pts, well... Harden makes 36% of them and Barkley only 26%. Also Harden averages 25ppg in his career vs Barkley's 22ppg. Harden also played less minutes per game with 34.7mins a game vs 36.7mins from Barkley. Just give Harden credit and stop being a triggered little girl. And I don't even like Harden, but the way y'all come with those fake narratives is idiotic to say the least.
