I dont mean to be off topic but does any of you know a method to get back into an Instagram account? I stupidly forgot the login password. I appreciate any tips you can give me.
@@someonesomeone7423 not necessarily, people live clean lives and die in their 60s,Keith Richards has had an entire life of smoking, drinking and drugs and he's nearly 80 and still going strong
Devin Petersen Elvis did NOT start the sound of Rock & Roll, he just capitalized off of the new sounds emerging from black artists like Chuck Berry and others and made them popular to a larger audience.
@@santanajackson6160 Your neglecting one little tiny point, Elvis was before Chuck Berry. Yes Elvis used musical elements from black singers but it was from Gospel. Elvis started the sound.
Chuck Berry, No other singer like him. """#1 Singer""" that is for sure. What a talent he's got in every video. So glad we can listen to his awesome music today.
Simple music can make you sing simple hug can make you feel better simple things can make you happy, i hope my simple Hello brings smile to your face..
I saw Chuck Berry when I was about 18. He put on a great show. What I really liked was when he saw a kid , dressed in full teddy boy gear, duck-walking in front of the stage, Chuck called him up to the stage and they duck-walked across together. Very unlikely Bill Haley, at the same theatre and the same year, who when a few people jumped up on stage to dance, Haley had the fire curtain pulled down and left the stage - end of show!
Bill Haley didn't put up cameras to watch girls in the toilet. Didn't rob a bank. The so called Chuck Berry sound was actually created by his piano player.
@@susanramp1478 that’s nice! I would like to get to know you more better if you don’t mind? Where are you originally from? And where do you currently live?
What a performer, songwriter, entertainer! Amazing dance moves. Remember how long ago this was: way ahead of his time. I was lucky enough to see him in the 1980's. Fantastic concert. Thanks for posting!
Thank you Chuck Berry for turning the world upside down, and I slid along into your messages of girls, cars and endless summers , often with no particular place to go and it shows, it just goes to show you never can tell! Magic, every white kid trying to play the blues had to start with Chuck Berry. To this day, no Chuck Berry, no nothing else, Beatles? Rolling Stones? and all the others, nope! Elvis was pretty but Chuck was and is the king!!!!! Even Elvis said so, the original rock and roll poet of rock. He taught and lead us all, forever thankful this great man gifted all of us with his magic, a true giant contributor to western society, He must be remembered and live on forever. Like Beethoven et al, he is a giant. Roll over, sir!
Chuck was magnificent. The word "legend" gets thrown around so easily these days but I have no qualms whatsoever in applying it to Chuck. I had the pleasure of seeing him at a "Legends of Rock n Roll" concert in 1989 as a 19 year old and he could still rock the house at 63. None of my friends wanted to go so I went on my own as I love 50's and 60's rock n roll but I still enjoyed myself as it was a great concert and one that I'll never forget. RIP Mr Berry.
I got to meet Chuck Berry and jitterbug on stage during one of those Dick Clark reunion shows back in the 80's. Was the thrill of my life. He really puts on a show.
To The Late Great Chuck Berry, who Passed away Yesterday...March18th 2017 & Old Glory...American Rock n Roll at it's Finest...I Will Remember you Chuck....Thank You...Love your fan Michael...from Canada.xo

Exactly what I was thinking lol . He was one of the great Innovators but I didn't know Lip Synching with a Guitar was a thing back in those early days ?? There's an 80's Bandstand with Dokken no mics amps or cords but Lynch still nailed the solo of course lmao . Peace dude .
Bandstand wasn't set up for live performances..Chuck plucked the guitar but the whole thing was lipsyched. But he preferred playing live all time. If he had the acoustics, he would have been live.
Woww ! This man is incredible ! He even plays musique with his body ! They all took everything from him and made hits. I wonder if he gets the real credit he deserves. He is the real king of rock'n roll.
I grew up listening to Chuck Berry who recorded all of these songs during that time. An example to all the rockers who came after him, the one and only Chuck Berry! RIP.
INCREDIBLE Lyrics Oh well, oh well, I feel so good today We touched ground on an international runway Jet propelled back home, from over the seas to the U. S. A. New York, Los Angeles, oh, how I yearned for you Detroit, Chicago, Chattanooga, Baton Rouge Let alone just to be at my home back in ol' St. Lou Did I miss the skyscrapers, did I miss the long freeway? From the coast of California to the shores of Delaware Bay You can bet your life I did, till I got back to the U. S. A. Looking hard for a drive-in, searching for a corner café Where hamburgers sizzle on an open grill night and day Yeah, and a juke-box jumping with records like in the U.S.A. Well, I'm so glad I'm livin' in the U.S.A. Yes. I'm so glad I'm livin' in the U.S.A. Anything you want, we got right here in the U.S.A.

Oh my god ...words defeat me ...the man ...the man ..the man...always and forever the template of what Keith Richards said about Elvis ....applies for all our glorious 1950s rock'n'rollers...''something appeared in the air that wasn't there before''....oh how I love it and all the ones that came after that were influenced by the rock n roll masters ...
I think I said that's amazing about seventeen times while watching this, never saw it before. Almost every move was different than the one before. He wasn't plugged in for this, but he could do it all just as well while really playing. This is one of my favorite Chuck Berry songs, and he had a lot of them.
Loved and Very highly respected by most world famous musicians who came after him, as well as his fans...The Beatles, The Stones, Dave Edmunds, and dozens more have all spoken highly of him. Chuck and his music has inspired thousands. He was "Mr.12 bar boogie".
His entire stage act he took from T-Bone Walker, and even he admitted it. His style was the creation of Willie Dixon, who took a lousy tune in Maybellene and turned it into a classic. He also produced uncredited every cut Chuck ever did with Chess in the 50s. His guitar licks were just sped up swipes of almost every solo T-Bone ever did. Chuck packaged everything well, and lord knows the brit invasion crowd loved him, but he was no pioneer. Plenty of others were rockin hard before he ever did a thing, but he did have some great tunes. (Much thanks to Johnnie Johnson again uncredited, though the RRHOF finally gave him credit).
@@JClaus1221 Didn't you notice the part about "wireless vocal and guitar"? They didn't have that then. Mr. Berry wasn't just lip syncing, he wasn't even playing his guitar. That is what entertainers do, not musicians. But I don't want to be too hard on such old content.
