I feel like a foam pit would’ve been a good edition to the trampoline zone. The foam blocks can be colorful to reminisce of the ball pits they used to have in the 90’s.
I like the idea of the trampoline, it gives me vibes of each era of CEC having their own unique thing (PTT Ball Pit, Avenger Skytubes and now Rockstar Trampolines)
I like the trampoline idea. I feel like it could help them circle back around to their former glory, and help to make them more unique than they have been for several years now. Lately, CEC has had a habit of trying to be like every other arcade, straying further and further away from what they once were and removing everything that made them stand out from the rest. I’d say that this is a great move.
I think the Trampoline Zone is gonna be CEC’s next attempt at being an indoor amusement park, which is a cool idea and I think it will bring in sales. It will also make up for the removal of SkyTubes.
I think it would kind of make up for the removal of the stages, despite them being better by a mile, I would still like to see this happen instead of bland stores
I love how CEC is moving to a new direction towards trampolines. Since Skytubes and the animatronics were removed, CEC feels kind of empty. This might bring CEC back to popularity too. I'm not sure if my location will ever receive this due to how small my location is.
I’m glad they are experimenting with something new! I also love that Bella got a poster. I really dislike modern day chuck e. cheese, but I adore Bella :) Also, one of the trampoline zones is at my childhood store in VA!
I hope Louisville Ky gets the trampoline zone when it gets 2.0 just because it would make it stand out with the other Cecs in Kentucky. Although Louisville is still pretty small even if it used to be a discovery zone
Louisville is a really long store and they could definietly fit it (i think im not sure on there exact layout). I did go to Louisville back in July 2019 it was nice, the skytubes were still there when i went so they were definitely removed during the COVID era
1:53 those art posters actually look pretty good. Even though it’s the newer characters, the style makes it seem very 2000s and nostalgic. Surprising considering a lot of the other 2.0 artwork is eh.
I love the idea of trampolines. I see it as a replacement for the tunnels they removed in the 2000’s. And I’m so glad it’s small kids only. Perfect for toddlers who can’t really play the games
What's Next........Chuck e cheeses making a Bella Bunny Animatronic for places that still have the bots? Would make sense to make a Bella Bunny Cyberamic since she's getting more presence.
My only concern out of all of this is that one major issue which is that the height requirement is very limited, as it seems like it’s only for toddlers and younger, which means it’s not for everyone, hopefully they make more for all ages, although I actually think the new artwork looks so much better than the crappy Microsoft paint art work, and chuck doesn’t look like he’s made out of a few shapes
I have a feeling once all stores are remodeled they will entirely cut Pasqually out of the shows and stores that have the character wall might have to removed with a new Bella character thing but this is very cool and I guess you can say we have entered phase 6
Glad to see my EvolvedAnt Arcade which has become a hit on VRChat with 2 million visits inspired Chuck E Cheese to implement Trampoline Zones~ I was wondering why no one ever did it before when I built my arcade. lol
Gastonia NC is confirmed to have a trampoline zone despite not starting setting it up at this point, And next week I'm going there. I don't care about the height limit, cuz HOLD MY SHOES! I'M GOING TO THAT FUCKING TRAMPOLINE ZONE FACE FIRST!
The trampolines in CEC do have potential. If they decide to add them to future locations/2.0 renovations, the trampoline space should be expanded (if possible) so it’s accessible to more kids, and like you said, have some extra features And unrelated but, the fun house sounds like a far better idea than the dance floor. Likewise, I’ve also seen a commenter (Can’t remember who and what video), suggest that CEC at least keep the animatronic stages and apply interactive elements to them, in a similar vein to those of Studio C Alpha’s
The Lancaster California location has the Trampoline Zone. It is an upsell for $20 "for the entire visit" I think that's asking way too much for what it is...
today I went to my location in Skokie Illinois and guess what there is an update on the location I got that trampoline thing also new games new food and new fun??
I don’t even give a damn that I’m 18 and can barely maintain my own balance while walking on most days, hold my f*cking shoes cause I’m diving face first into that trampoline zone.
I think of it as a sorta spiritual successor to the play pen or ball park. It is small but I imagine a lot easier to sanitize. That being said, I’m praying they aren’t legitimately trying to fade out Pasqually.
Metairie Louisiana is locating to the right by december 2023. Even though currently all the trampoline zone locations are Virginia locations and a New York Location, I still really hope Metairie gets it because Ive always been a fan of the playplaces at chuck e cheese.
I've been having a bit of a Chuck E Cheese kick lately. Unfortunately, while watching these videos, it feels like a documentation of what's to come in the near future. Still, it's cool to see that their still hanging on.
I love the new posters, though it does look like Bella Bunny is replacing Pasqually. Kensington is going to be a new location eh? That's interesting; they haven't opened a new location in years
Honestly a trampoline area in Chuck E Cheese is an interesting idea but I think it could use some things to make it more fun though. This is like the 90's when Discovery Zone was known for indoor playgrounds so indoor playgrounds for CEC were manufactured until covid took that away forever which saddens me that CEC is removing it's fun quirky past and replacing it with bland decor and dance floors, and it seems history is repeating itself with CEC wanting that trampoline park pie as well. The company has changed a lot over it's years and it seems they are trying to change again to fix dropping sales and attendance.
Now do Dallas Texas it has a lot of history 1 Showbiz pizza opens at Dallas Texas 2 Goes Through Concept Unification (fun fact:this was the first location to do the concept unification) 3 Awesome Adventure Machine 4 Studio C Alpha (probably) 5 Dallas Texas Moved! 6 2.0 Remodel
For once, Chuck E Cheese took a W I dont like the modern Chuck E Cheese, but this was a nice move, it kinda sucks that Pasqually is getting slowly phased out but hey... cant have everything
Way to short my son has autism loves chuck e cheese and we just got the jump zone in our location in Bakersfield but hes a couple inches tall and didn't understand now thats all he wants to go their for
