It was probably too expensive to make a 5th animatronic after they were retrofitted from the Beagles because back in the 60s there were 5 members of the Beach Boys
@BNSF1995 There was another Beach Bowzers showtape from a while after SPP bought out PTT. It used impersonators performing covers of the songs with added barking rather than the original recordings. It’s believed to have been made out of fear of a potential copyright right dispute but I’m unsure if the reason was ever confirmed. They did the same thing with King III (and the later king shows up through ‘95) except with added roaring rather than barking.
Any videos of other sections of the building from this location? I went here as a kid and need some nostalgia. I'd love to see the arcade and other rooms again.
Our early Chuck u cheeese had the beagles. I never heard of the beach bowsers until years after. By the time they had the family album CEC had replaced the beagle with a large screen tv for sports. The beagles were where I heard the first Beatles Music and why I love music to this day. What the heck happened to them? I’d go dumpster diving to find a set of them.
I remember the King from back in the day. The C.E.C. location I'd often go to in Johnson City, NY, when I lived in the nearby city of Binghamton initially had him, but was replaced with the Beagles shortly after though.
The one in okemos Michigan had the king and the beagles. Until the family album and the wierd birthday room. CEC replaced the beagles with a large screen tv and replaced the king with another family album type of animatronics which you could only get into if you booked a birthday.
Holy cow, I remember this exact location at roughly the same time period. These things scared the crap outta 5yo me, and my Mom had to take me out of the restaurant. They still are pretty creepy.
@@squirrele.1266 I knew a person who bought an animatronic specifically for the reason Anthony Gineo wants one. After 6 months it stopped working and broke down and he scraped it. He knew nothing abt it
There probably very few of them left. What’s more odd is that I’ve seen a listing for them that said that they were the beach Bowzers but it was a picture of The Beagles? There so rare that I’ve seen Listings online go for lots of money. $30.000 and $50.000
Helen, it was filmed in 91', To be honest, at this point guest stars weren't even a thing... I believe helen was permanent around 86 or dare I say, 85.
@@squirrele.1266 i wasn't sure what year this was filmed that's why i asked i am currently uploading dolli songs not sure how to do the frankie and jonny one it got blocked apperantly it wasn't clear enough then it said it was offensive not sure if it was the name the song sounds clear to me any name suggestions for this song?
You can tell how cheaply this was produced. While all the other animatronics, including The King, really sound like they're singing the songs this just looks like a few robot dogs are moving their mouths to a song
