@@alexgilbert2 Yep. I went to this location and they got rid of the animatronics because they were expensive to maintain, people kept breaking parts/climbing on him, and it wasn't very interactive. (According to the employee who has been running the location since 2001, before my time)
Well. Im suspecting they will replace my store with this. And I also like the new change..I bet many are gonna miss it though. Another re-modle for me!
Very sad to hear that this location was 2.0'd late last year, especially because it's in my state. Never went but I remember seeing the exterior in 2005 when me and my mom traveled down to Kenosha for my 10th birthday.
I remember when we went a second time, I believe around the same year or maybe 2006? And being so disappointed when they removed the ball pit hahaha. I loved the control/camera thing and I really miss the sky tubes too it's unfortunate my youngest nephew and niece won't get to experience and appreciate those things. I don't remember the animatronic chuck all that much to be completely honest.
I gat how chuck e cheese's is trying to get rid of the animatronics and becoming just another arcade. Places like dave and busters and round 1 have better arcade experiences yeah but the reason i always wanted to go to chuck e cheese's was because of the animatronics. Even as a kid i knew they weren't real but they always fascinated me.
I'm suppressed Bridgewater still has theirs. It probably won't last longer if CEC Bridgewater NJ either remodels their store 2.0 or closes the store. I'm hoping I can take a 6 hour trip to see the last ever original Studio C Alpha with it's original stuff except for the rope lights and tv camera in front of the blue screen.
