David McKillips doesn't know bullshit about business. I'd be a much better CEO and I haven't gotten my degree yet. He can't save his company's money and he ruins the experience for employees and customers alike. I mean, seriously. One of the principles of business is accountability, but McKillips thinks everything he's done is the right thing when all it has actually succeeded in doing is making the company lose more money and lessening the experience for guests. Customer relations are another crucial factor in how businesses operate, but McKillips does NOT listen to anyone but himself. Even the managers at the CEC where I work agree that he is an evil man. I hope I'm around when he and Tom Leverton meet God on judgement day.
