what a great interview. i saw the Voo Doo Lounge tour and, just last week, the Hackney Diamonds tour in Denver 6-20-24. Chuck was on keyboards both times--and all the tours in between. His work is one of a kind. In 1994 Chuck was the de facto music director for the band. In 2024 with the Stones he carries the title of keyboadist and musical director. Chuck is such an obvious class act, humble, no nonsense guy to be in the biggest touring act on the planet. And this is 30 years ago. He answers all questions well, and casts no shade.
STFU.. Ian Stewart was their pianist since the beginning, and toured with them up until his death,.Nicky Hopkins also did quite a few tours with the stones!
