In the 4th grade my older brother passed away from a drunk driving accident at the age of 17. Two weeks before his birthday. It has been the seed that grew to impact every moment of my life. He was the passenger. His good friend was driving. They struck a van carrying a family of 5. His friend was the cause of the incident. They were headed from one party to another, just trying to experience all life had to give. The family they struck wanted death. A couple of them were in critical condition. How could you not want vengeance? My mother became the voice of reason. No one grieved as hard as her. No one was stricken as hard as her. Some of the innocent family came near death, but she had to bury a child. My brother, my hero. The grief was overwhelming. Some may say my brother's friend deserved a proper sentence of life in prison. We disagree. We advocated that one life had been lost. Why lose another? He wasn't let off easy. I believe he may still be forced to give testimony and warnings to various places about his mistake to this day as a punishment, including once to my own class, but that's another story. I hope I'm wrong. Manslaughter... fuck that term. He killed my brother. He's still a good man. Shit happens. Live and let live.

To the king and the sting,my names Bryon and I just wanted to say that I really needed a laugh today. I've been under alot of stress lately,just lost my chance at a home due to a family issue on top of alot of pitfalls lately. I've been contemplating ending it but I cant because I have three amazing children that I don't want to grow up questioning their own existences wondering if they are loved because I took myself out. I know this is alot but I honestly just needed to get it off my chest and it's not like I can actually talk to anyone in person about this,it just makes you seem weak and pushes away anyone you tell. Thanks so much for being there for me, even though you don't know it you guys really help me,thanks Theo, thanks Brendan keep crushing it. Don't touch me but please keep touching me.
