RIP Barry - gone but never forgotten. In fact, never TRULY gone for as long as we watch an episode of ChuckleVision like this, there you are, alive and making us all laugh again...
I've got dvds since childhood of them in live shows and whatever, when I heard he passed I made a pact to keep hold of those brilliant dvds until I die, the chuckle brothers will not leave me
I remember this episode. It was one of my favourites. The phone call is my favourite bit. I cannot believe how much of a laugh I got from Barry on his end of the phone. I will never forget the amazing performances of these 3 actors in the lift. R.I.P Barry. We love you and never forget you.
Ive got fond memories of watching Chucklevision after coming home from school in the 90's. Ive bumped into Paul a few times at my local shop. You couldn't ask for a nicer bloke.
And remember... Nooo slackin! What legends R. I. P barry... My days from school would of been crap if i didnt look forward to watching this every day..
The reason paul chuckle my favourite cause he a an inventor and he comes up with ideas. And the idea using the TV and the lift frequency, basicly. 3rd doctor: Reverse the polarity of the nutron flow.
Remember a few years before I first saw this episode being in the lift/elevator at the Great Gorge Adventure in Niagra and during our trip the emergency phone started ringing and after the operator had answered it she announced she was arranging for a pizza to be delivered for her lunch. Later that day we went up the Skylon Tower and during the elevator ride the phone again rung. My dad then asked the operator whether he was ordering a pizza!
