I met Booker T once while working at Balley’s Fitness Gym in Texas. I gave him pointers on getting more cut and tone as well as improving strength. I had no idea who he was at the time😅 Good Man, polite and respectful.i Hope is is still doing 👍🏾

Bro, it’s a small world! I started working out at that Bally’s, on 45 near Webster, when I was 14. Booker T would always drive his tricked out sports car (Camaro I believe). When I was about 16 I went up to booker T and asked him a question. He gave me some advice and let me work in with him on the hammer strength chest press. Such a great and humble guy.
