Exterior of the Parliament building in Ottawa, Canada. Crowds outside the building as Britain's Prime Minster Winston Churchill arrives in car. Churchill enters the crowded government room. Various shots of Churchill speaking (natural sound). Sections from "Some Chicken, Some Neck" speech used in Pathe Gazettes issue 42/6. He says that Britain is grateful for all Canada has done for war effort. He continues to talk about the war: "if anybody likes to play rough, we can play play rough too." He talks about "Hitler's tyranny, Japanese frenzy and the Mussolini's flop". Churchill then addresses the house in French. Applause as he finishes. Churchill comes out of government building and takes his hat off to the crowds before entering car.
